It's time.....

for the release of a new kit.  A couple of weeks ago I was shopping and spotted this really cool set of pattern cups, I made a mental note of the colours and well this is what came of my moment of inspiration.

Mint Melodies (as named by Sara Butler -thanks) is in store now.  It features 12 papers and 53 elements.  There is no set theme for this kit so it can be used really easily for all sorts of scrap layouts.

Nifty Gifty Boxes - Pillow Box Tutorial

New to my stores at Gotta Pixel & Aimee Asher is Vol 2 of my Nifty Gifty Boxes line.  These boxes are quick and easy to create.  Perfect to give away as a handmade gifts filled with delicious goodies!!

Pack contains three pre-done templates and  you can grab this  product for only $2.00.

Here is a quick tutorial on how to put the pillow box together.  It really is quick and simple and should only take about 10 minutes.

Here is what you will need:

Once you've printed out your Pillow Box, the next step is cut the template out:

Next score along the top tab line:

Then the middle of the box:

Next fold the scored lines over so you have a crisp fold:

Carefully score following the curve of the side tabs:

Now gently (using your fingers)  fold  along the curves until you get this result:

Completle all four tabs.  Next step is to place adhesive along top tab:

Fold box in half to adhere tab:

Simply fold side tabs in to get the finished product:
